Noginsk belongs to the most beautiful cities of Moscow region. It’s located on the Klyazma River, 51 km to the east of Moscow, on northwest border of Meshchera Lowlands.

The most beautiful places of Noginsk are the Central city and Glukhovsky parks. The central park occupies rather big territory (7.65 hectares); it’s possible here not only to take a walk among trees, admiring flowers, but also to have a fun with various amusement rides or to sit in cafe. Especially the alley of fairy tales should be noted where figures of fairy-tale characters are presented: Snow White and seven gnomes, Baba Yaga, Emelya, Tin Man, smeshariki, Spiderman and many others. The real decoration of the central park is the monument "Angel of peace" located is in the center of park. The Central park is the venue of various festive events and concerts.
The Glukhovsky park is located near the Chernogolovsky pond with the boat station. Glukhovsky park homestead park, its main sight is the house of manufacturer A. Morozov (wherein the Leader hotel is located now). There are also some amusement rides in the park.
